Edit 10/3/25- I thought that I was paying for my first months rent as well as the prorated amount for the remainder of September, this is what the rep asked me when I was paying. I was surprised to receive an email today letting me know that my storage payment for this month was due.. So glad that no late fees were asessed. I was a little worried when I made the reservation online because no one from the location ever called me to confirm that they received the online reservation. I called the day before I was scheduled to move in to confirm the reservation. I was informed that I should arrive after 10:30am because they usually make a bank run first thing in the morning. I arrived a little after 11:10am right as staff were returning from a bank run. They were super helpful which made the process easy to get moved in. Definitely a good location ... read more
