They are wonderful and caring Yes please use them if need They Care
My mother has stage 4 lung cancer, and has just been put on oxygen. I thought we were going to have a good experience with this company because they reached out to us immediately to inform me of the process, however I was so wrong. Joy was very rude on the phone she kept talking over me, and would not allow me to ask questions, and even hung up on me twice. We ended up dealing with the walterboro office and they are much friendlier, and very helpful. I do not recommend the Charleston location or at least certain employees.
This company tried harder NOT to assist us than they did to assist us. Poor response rate, told us we would need to pay them money to get CPAP equipment for our machines when our insurance pays 100%, hard to get on their schedule, not helpful at all. Went to another company and paid them no money and were on their schedule within a week.
Takes a long time to get on their schedule.
They take very good care of my needs my oxygen is always where I need it thanks to Joy and Jody
