Atlantic Respiratory Services in probably the friendliest, most accommodating and most competent service provider I have ever encountered. The REALLY go out of their Way to do the little things that make a huge difference. Example: I wanted to borrow an Inogen Concentrator (small portable oxygen producing machine) for an out of town trip last weekend. They extended themselves on my behalf and got one for me, instead of just saying, “sorry, we don’t have one.” Trip was made possible and was enjoyable because of them. DPF

Very interesting and informative training was spot on. More than the typical training she was very engaging asked questions freely asked and compared cost with Amazon and FYI prices were comparable to Amazon so I would suggest going through here if you want it now and want more info with hands on demonstrating so glad my hubby told me to go.

Very knowledgeable and patient with questions
I've been a customer for a long time, but haven't used my CPAP in a long time. Called for 3 consecutive days and left a message of my request. I never received a return call. On the 4th day, I asked the operator to connect me with the person, not just transfer me. The lady I talked to was unapologetic for not returning my calls and seemed bothered. I shall be looking for another CPAP supply source.
