Horrible customer service at front office.
I really wanted to give a higher rating. They were pretty great at first. Responsive and helpful, but once your move is complete, they drop you like a hot rock. I was told that we might be getting a refund as we were quoted the maximum. Our move was over a month ago. I have sent no less than 5 e-mails asking if we could expect this refund and it's been crickets. What a shame. On the plus side, the movers that they set us up with were fantastic.
