Horrible movers!!!! Sales person was nice at the first meeting than never heard from again. Movers damaged walls in both homes. I reported the first damaged wall before the delivery to my new home and didn't notice the other 2 areas until after they left. My request for them to repair the damages was denied. They also broke two items. One they didn't even tell me about. Sales person never told me about the extra coverage I could have bought to protect my stuff in case of damage. My job has taken all over the Eastern US. So we have worked with a lot of moving companies. Atlantic was the worst by far. From over estimating the number of boxes used. With no credit given to leaving drawers, cabinets full and not packed. One cabinet even had a box in front of it and they still didn't pack it. To the rude sales person who told me it was my job to make sure everything was packed and loaded on the truck. Oh by the way the truck was way to small. They had to make two trips. I moved from California to Indiana with Atlantic. I have a full trailer load. They packing and move went perfect. The driver and crew were extremely friendly and courteous and the move was damage free !!!!! Atlantic remove nearly all of the stress that you would normally encounter during a move, especially across the country.
