Very poor customer service. You speak with the receptionist to voice concerns and work orders that are not being done at one of their properties, and instead of corporate calling you to follow up. They have their leasing office call, who just lies about having completed something already or that their going to complete something, only for months to go by and it still is not complete. Their a joke and so is their Jamestowne properties!
