I reside at the Residences at Landon Ridge, and one word captures what this apartment is: space. As a 6'1" man, this is the first place I have ever lived where I cannot touch the ceiling. The 9-foot ceilings aren't just a number on a spec sheet. You feel them the moment you walk in. You can stretch your arms. You can breathe. The kitchen is exceptional. This place is so sad, some of the staff don’t care about the residents needs. Some chose to pass the buck to so one else. I called about my sink leaking, it took 6 visits, one new garbage disposal, one new faucet and the problem still exists. 🤦🏿‍♂️😂🤣 Some of the employees are rude when they’re on the phone, and push you off the phone when you’re explaining the problem. I would never recommend this place to anyone, for any reason. The projects in NYC conduct business better than here.
