The dentist and his hygenist seem great that is not the issue. But extermely expense It will cost me my full years coverage for 2025 and they front desk show no compadsion they just say all they can do is either offer a paymeny plsny of 2 payments which is stupid 1100 is still a hella alot at once. And being told it would be made as affordable as podsible only to be able to see it will cost my full year of insurance and an additional $204 is nuts. It seems like the front desk staff do not like people who are not wealthy.
Just had surgery today the staff and doctor were all very professional and friendly would have given 5 stars had the receptionist with dark har not been rude and condescending she really needs to work on her people skills concerning she is the first person people in the office deal with.
I just had my wisdom teeth out and an extra tooth, when I tried to voice my concerns about the iv cause I have extreme anxiety regarding ivs. I had a consult, the nurse was super nice, listened to my concerns and promised that I would be numb and asleep before the iv went in. As well as I had expressed that a penicillin allergy ran in my family and to be on the safer side I did not want amoxicillin or any form of penicillin. Dr. Bourget was fantastic.
