UPDATE: LOOK AT RECENT REVIEWS. Do not move here unless you want to be harassed and threatened by management. LEAH is the pettiest one of all. She’s arrogant at its finest. **In response to owners response: I have contacted the office several times through email and over the phone weekly for the several months that I have lived here. I’ve also asked for a contact higher up in the management company who may be able to assist me and requested a copy of my lease, as it was electronically signed and I have no way to access it. It took 4 months for me the get my deposit back. After moving out, I had to go back to the office 8 times just to get an update because they rarely answered their phones and never responded to my emails. Absolutely incompetent manager and employees.
Only been here for 2 months. They gave us an apartment that wasn’t even ready (no water for the first 2 days) marks, scratches and dents everywhere. The elevator works a few days out of the week. Tierra told us we were getting the same unit we viewed however it was a completely different building and unit. There was a huge wasps nest ON OUR FRONT DOOR we asked her to have removed and the request went ignored. Same thing when asked for pest control.
