Outstanding. Impeccably clean around the complex. I just signed for my first apartment, and the leasing staff was extremely helpful in navigating the process and getting me the best deals possible. The staff clearly take pride in the upkeep of their complex and helping their residents.
I would not recommend living here. My experience was full of poor management, lack of communication, and issues with basic maintenance. When I moved in (Aug 24, 2024), I arrived after driving from North carolina only to be told by a trainee that I wasn’t even scheduled to move in that day. It took hours before a manager was finally contacted and allowed me to move in. We have been trying to get our daughter moved in for college and this place has been the most unresponsive place I’ve ever seen. They tell you one thing and never follow through with what they say. College has started and my daughter is commuting 2 hours each way because of the lack of follow through with this place. Run fast to a Different complex!! This place seems to just waste your time. They already have $400 of our money and there is no such thing as office hours to speak to anyone. I wouldn’t advise renting here!!
