My Granddaughter was about to move in. Unit was infested with 3 stages of German cockroaches, washing machine was moldy, bedroom carpet was splitting and fraying and had chewing gum embedded in it. The air conditioning was not working, fixtures were broken or damaged, and it was disgustingly dirty, although they said it had been cleaned! We found a used needle on top of a cabinet. El peor lugar para vivir está infestado de cucarachas lo he reportado demasiadas veces y no hacen nada solo me ignoran. Me quise salir de aquí y debo pagar tres meses de renta como penalización y avisar 60 días antes, hay excrement o de perro por todos lados, el contrato de renta es de 1500 y terminas pagando casi 2000, y no estaría mal si no hubiera cucarachas por más que limpie no se acaban ya fumigue como 5 veces pero siguen saliendo de la pared y se siguen pasando de otros apartamentos
