SERIOUSLY DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place has such a joke of a reputation that all these 5 star reviews are from the management/ownership and that should tell you enough as it is. All these bad reviews about bug infestation are TRUE, there are constant parties, the complex is disgusting, good luck finding a spot there are so many people here that don’t live here taking up spots. Management is a just pathetic and never does anything to enforce rules/noise complaints, I have an email thread 30 emails long of complaints I’ve made ... read more
It’s a great place to live in and it’s comfortable and it’s right in the middle of everything in rivers ave. It’s really secured it’s all gated and it has amazing view and the pool is amazing.
