The dealership is putting wrong prices and wrong advertisement, cars have wrong or edited pictures and has damage when you actually see the car. They cannot let you test drive the car and will start of giving you advertised price plus 3 grand more. They will never send you car-fax. Was here for 2022 civic advertised as 18k and then they added 3k more. Beware from this shady dealership.
Came to elite mishubishi and Geury on a Sunday and made the buying process so easily . I was there for 2 or 3 hours left home in a beautiful car. They also explained any questions I had with clear responses. Thank you guys again for the great service and will see you guys soon .
I was not satisfied with the service provided at Elite Mitsubishi , Jamaica, NY. I had a warranty for a part but I was charged blaming as a customer fault, like some insurance companies always look for excuses not to pay customers. A good auto company doesn't do like this.
We went to Mitsubishi at Hillside lookiing for a car. And who is there to save the day, Mohammad! He is very accomodating. He offered us coffee and showed us every car. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions until we found the one! We definitely recommend him when you drop by. Thank you, Mohammad for helping us find our new vehicle!
