Dr. Caraballo and his team (Jenna Giannelli especially) are amazing. I have never felt more heard and taken care of. I had to go through a kind of invasive and uncomfortable procedure and they made it 100x better. I wish these guys nothing but the best and thank them for helping me.
I would give zero stars if I could. Communication is terrible. Dr Belt is who I was supposed to see but he refused to take 10 min to see me when I drove an hour for an appointment and arrived 15 min early but couldn’t find parking for THIRTY MINUTES. I almost slipped on ice multiple time to find this building that I was given zero instructions to find. I went into three different parking garages and couldn’t find a single space. I called this office several times about 5 times trying to get thru letting them know I am in traffic no answer lvm and then tried again and finally someone answered and to no avail she said I had to r/s did not surprise me but no consideration at least I had called and in traffic. She said doctor had to leave for surgery which I don’t believe. There she came back on the phone so fast before trying to get thru to this office.
