This company canceled a fully paid for reservation on a bunch of 1st graders the night before a hugely anticipated field trip, and didn't communicate the conflict until late the night before the trip. The cancellation is unacceptable, but the lateness of the communication, which affected all the parent chaperones who took the day off to be with their kids on the field trip, is the most troubling. Unacceptable service and conflict resolution. It's 55 1st graders!!! Come on!
Cancelling last minute on a children's field trip is completely unprofessional and unkind. I would not book with Atlantic.
This low rent company cancelled a fully paid reservation for a school field trip less than 12 hours before the trip. Their carelessness disappointed the entire 1st grade and all the parents who had taken off work to chaperone. This company is extremely unprofessional and should not be rewarded with your business.
