I’ve used this A/C company a couple of times, and my recent experiences have left me really frustrated. They replaced my upstairs unit about two and a half years ago, and I was satisfied then. But things took a turn last year. In end of July, I called them because my heating and cooling system wasn’t working. They came out, said there wasn’t any Freon left, and charged me for a refill.
