The upper management as well as onsite managers are the absolute pitts. They don't return phone calls, respond to emails nor adequately resolve legitimate issues that is brought to their attention. They do not honor or respect the legal binding document ( lease agreement) that they are supposed to adhere to under the guidelines stipulated by the State of Texas tenants rights documents. I have been working with Christy and Sabrina on a number of their locations here in Texas. They are easily the most responsive, easy to work with group I have had in a long time. I highly recommend AHF and their team!
I have been a resident at this property since 2020, and unfortunately, my experience since the new management company Atlantic Housing took over has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Since the management transition, there have been multiple numerous changes in onsite management, making it extremely difficult to get consistent answers or have issues followed through to completion. I am incredibly grateful to the Atlantic Housing Foundation for awarding me this scholarship. The application process was very easy to complete, and I especially appreciated the essay questions because they allowed me to share who I am beyond my grades and accomplishments.
