By far the worst apartment franchise I've ever lived in. They are either short staffed, or they truly dont give a dang about their tenants. ESPECIALLY The tenants who have been here 8+years. I have left a voicemail and sent an email to this corporate office to lodge a complaint against this property in Columbia, SC. I have received no response. This review specifically relates to the current ownership group. Since the transition in June, there have been nothing but difficulties. Sadly, I have to change my review because Angie is no longer there, and I've yet to receive the kind of service that was provided when she was there. I live at Waters at Willow Run Apartments. I've lived here for 11 years, and for the past 6 years, I've never been able to renew my lease on time. Every single year, you guys increase my rent by $85 to $100. No manager willing to help and if you ask for corporate number no answer regional manager will not answer or return phone calls. Do not move in here give your money to another company that values your time and trust
