Inquired about their services over the weekend, weekend receptionist was extremely short with me. Acted as though I was a bother. Called again on Tuesday, sounded like I spoke to the same person. Said I would receive a call back and did not. There are other agency’s out there that are more attentive to customers.
Honestly, this place has the most supportive staff in all the places I’ve worked. They are so empathetic toward everyone, especially caregivers like myself. Never once have I felt belittled or talked down to. Their loving commitment to the caregivers have given me the ability to really enjoy and serve clients well. For those seeking to work here or receive care from this place, Atlantic Homelife is truly a company that cares about people far above the status quo.
They have helped me care for a family member with Alzheimers since May 2018 starting with part time days and now at 24/7. They are excellent, competent reliable loving and easy to work with. Screw ups of course happen but they are rare and are rapidly corrected.
The best and most supportive company I have worked for.
We have enjoyed all caregivers work & companionship. I, John, have learned what it means to maintain quality of care in all that patient care provides. We look forward to their continued support.
