Roddy Renn was my home inspector and he most likely saved me thousands of dollars by giving me advice on how to make repairs to my home. I walked with Roddy the whole time during the inspection to learn as much as possible from him. He was polite, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. Was friendly on the phone but wasted my time. I asked for pictures to be taken during the inspection so I could get repairs made by the seller. The owner told me he would be able to and that he would. On the morning (9am) of the inspection when I asked him if he had a camera, he told me not to worry and that I didn't need any pictures. "You worry to much, who's your realtor?” he asked. I told him who my realtor was and then he told me flat out "I'm not doing it", referring to taking the pictures.
