I wish I could of gave it a zero...Shame on this restaurant and their suppose customer service. Me and my family went to get a quick bite to eat and wanted to sit down. We were greeted rudely at the door and then wasn’t sat because we came in a party of 8. Ok we get you can’t accommodate large parties so we told the host we don’t need to sit with one another. Worst establishment in Atlantic Station!!! Just don’t go! And you must do not order their undercooked wings!
Our group was turned away today; even after speaking to a gentleman yesterday about this establishment. Once we arrived, we were told they could not serve us. We had a party of roughly 15 people. There was outside seating even and we were told the weather was too bad to serve us...mind you it was 70 and gorgeous today. The gentleman was rude and could not give us an infinite reason why...first it was there's no room, then it was the kitchen staff is behind on preparing food, and even they would have to separate the checks...... read more
I had the best experience here today! Got amazing service from Mark and the food was 100% bomb delicious!
