Unknowledgable service team. Multiple visits, problem never corrected. Replaced parts that didnt need replacing, never asked about regular maintenance schedule Missed things the manufacturer's technician spotted within minutes. Still dont have working machines and have a fat bill they insist be paid.

Mr. Stephen Willey has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help keep our printer fixed and functioning properly. He is incredibly thorough and patient.
