Everyone that I have dealt with at AGS is always so courteous and helpful. From ordering parts and consumables from Michelle Elkins, getting service from Steve Willey, who is not only helpful, but is quick to show me some pointers on doing things myself (If I choose to) to keep my Enpress running smoothly. Then to finish it off, I contact Kelly Yarrish and pay the bills without any issues. I am on my 3rd Xante machine from AGS and having done business with them for well over 10 years, I will NEVER go anywhere else

Unknowledgable service team. Multiple visits, problem never corrected. Replaced parts that didnt need replacing, never asked about regular maintenance schedule Missed things the manufacturer's technician spotted within minutes. Still dont have working machines and have a fat bill they insist be paid.
We have purchased multiple machines through Lewis, and have been very satisfied with the install, and service afterwards. Always have prompt, helpful, great service! If you get to work with Michelle, you are in luck!
