It was very nice to be taken on time and not have to wait for a long period of time for the doctor to come in the room. Also, when I was done with my appointment, I was given specific instructions where to go to the lab and for making an appointment for a CT. All the information was very easy to follow.
Dr is very personable and professional. Appointment was on time. Staff is pleasant and willing to assist.
Dr. Dalena was absolutely wonderful. He was on-time, efficient, listened to all of my symptoms and is treating proactively and accordingly. Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Galandauer had excellent bedside manner. He addressed all my questions and concerns and gave my resources and suggestions to help my problem without jumping to a diagnosis.
As usual, Dr. Dalena was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all my questions satisfactorily. Always a pleasure to visit his office.
The staff has exceptional personalities and bedside manner. I had Jennifer who was wonderful and everyone I interacted with was so upbeat and nice, including the ones I did not interact with but could hear them being so respectful to everyone.
Dr. Dalena is one of the best doctors I see. He puts you at ease with his gentle manner and his knowledge. It is my regret that I only see him every few years. Thank you Dr. Dalena
