I failed and broke my ankle and had surgery by one of the doctors. It appeared that everything went well, however there were always last minute cancellation of appointments post surgery (at least twice, where appointment was rescheduled 2.5 weeks later- and this was when sutures had to be removed) . When I had my appointments, I would wait at least 20-35 minutes EVERY single appointment before going back. I was always patient, and kind and flexible. After breaking three toes working for fedex 12 years ago, I developed a lump under one of the toes. I went to doctor Simon who did an xray and saw that the bone didn't heal correctly. After 9 months, 2 letters and a phone call from doctor simon and facing rejections each time, Mr. Corey and Dr. Simon finally got them to green light my surgery. I thought I had an infection in my big toe so I went to see Dr. Simon, he immediately said, " you need an x- Ray". Dr Simon knew right off the bat it was a bone spur and yes that is what it was. I asked Dr. Simon what he needed to do to take care of it because it hurt really really bad. Dr. Simon told me I needed have surgery so I immediately scheduled to get it taken care of.
