I would like to take this opportunity to thank Atlantic Firearms for a great purchase and experience with the Company, especially with the amount of shipments I assume you were providing during the Christmas Holidays. They used ***** to ship my rifle. ***** came to the business 5 times at hours that the ffl was not open. Atlantic used this shipper and refused to take responsibility for it. Tried to charge me 90 dollars to resend it and refused to use another shipper. So what I can be charged another 90 when it happens again? Cost me over 300 dollars in restocking and shipping fee's. This company does not know how to serve the customer. They use a shipper who sucks and pin it on the customer.

There are 2 sides to every story and we ship over 200 orders a day with****** with little to no issues . Yes it is the clients responsibility to have their *** dealer able to accept the transfer & any complication due to inability of *** to accept delivery's or process transfers are the clients responsibility . Recently purchased a ****** .223/5.56 pistol from them. I received a faulty firearm. I had to pull teeth to get it resolved. Both ****** and Atlantic Firearms are hard to deal with because no one wants to call and talk they only wanna email customers ( kinda iffy ). Not to mention they tried to be little me and insult my intelligence. They never once apologized or anything. So their website says "Please Keep in mind we are an internet based business and the fastest way to reach us is through our Email". Ok, I sent them 2 emails with asking for details of interesting me rifles it was two simple questions an overall length and weight. Nobody answered! How can I make a business with them if they do not answering to their customers?You wanna try? Ok, go ahead maybe you will be more lucky... They never get back to you and they have a bad attitude to their customers!!!

Entered into a layaway with them, was unable to complete it because I suffered a major heart attack, they cancelled the order while I was in the hospital, got discharged and notified them of my circumstance, they offered to continued the layaway but for a different product, told them I was going to on disability for quite some time and was not going to have any additional money to apply, i never asked for a refund, all i wanted was something equal to or lesser value for the money i had given, i was told they do not transfer ... read more

We contacted the customer several times when the layaway was due and not paid for and he did not respond so the order was cancelled . Per the clearly written terms and conditions that he agreed to there was no switching layaway's or alterations offered .The customer did in fact contact us and proposed to use his deposit for another less expensive item . We did offer for him to pay off the original layaway that he started but he did not want to do that and wanted to transfer into something else again going against the layaway... read more
