I checked with the Better Business Bureau in Maryland and these people have horrible Business practices. They have a ton of complaints. Apparently they’re more interested in see how much they can screw a person instead of actually selling them the correct products and it’s funny when I see them answer people on here they lie because I can’t get them to answer me I tried to get it resolved with them by having them waive the 20% restocking fee and I would buy a more expensive stock set even though their salesman made the mista... read more

These people are horrible to do business with. They are not customer friendly all they care about is how much they can charge you for returns and if you change in order it’s $45 to change in order it’s you pay shipping for a return and a 20% stocking fee, they don’t wanna know anything when you ask them questions all they care about is how much they can grab you for it. Long story short, I placed an order with Atlantic firearms and they cancelled my order because my billing address and shipping address were different (I'm stationed in a different state than my billing address). They emailed me for clarification but it was auto sent to my "promotions" folder because these people shove their ads down my emails throat at least twice. Out of nowhere they cancel my order. 20% restocking fees. Buyer beware. If your item doesn’t work out, you might as well sell it yourself. Giving it back to them isn’t worth the 20% and shipping fees which may end up being 30-50% of the cost when all is said and done. Seriously, what businesses still charge restocking fees? NO One!

TL;DR 90 dollars to ship a returned gun or 20% restocking fee after my FFL closed en route. I purchased a surplus cz pistol. They looked in fair condition and I was on the fence but it was on sale and figured I would roll the dice. Atlantic charges $30 for shipping so that was also relatively high, but whatever. Terrible customer service. They gave me attitude from the start and were looking for an excuse to cancel the sale which is exactly what they did after I told them they were right and I was wrong. Be very careful with what you say to these guys as they do not care about you, the customer, at all! The response I got shows that you will not get any support after the sale.

I purchased (5) 5.45x39 magazines, (6) 5 packs of 7.62x39 magazines, (3) individual 7.62x39 magazines which is what their max allowable limit is. I was shorted (1) 7.62x39 magazine. Not even a $17 item. I would like to share my experience with Atlantic Firearms. First of all, this company is legit and trustworthy. I placed an order of a Black aces tactical pro bullpup shotgun online on Aug. 2, 2020. After two days, on Aug. 4, I received an email confirmation that my rifle has been shipped via Fedex ground. I logged on to Fedex Tracking and I was able to confirm that it was indeed shipped!
