Good product, Bad service The water filter was installed without issue. and I recommended a number of neighbors to purchase the same system because of this The service arrangement was not transparent. I requested a quote and never received after numerous request. They delayed carbon change numerous times while I awaited arrival and then canceled appointment. Worked with Aaron and Randy to put a brand new water filtration system on the exterior of my brother-in-law’s house. They did an outstanding job helping us put in the correct system and set up reverse osmosis under the sink as well. The water there has a lot of issues, but they did a good job testing it beforehand and walking us through the need for an aerator as a good option. Would recommend this team for others, because they do an outstanding job! They went the extra mile and we greatly appreciate it!

I had an independent plumber install an under the counter water filter system which he purchased from Atlantic Filter. After a year, when filter needed to be replaced, I purchased a filter replacement from them, and called to set up a service call to replace the filter. They asked for a picture of the installed filter system to make sure I had purchased the correct filter replacement.
