We have been attempting to get dentures since June 2020 it is now October 2020 and yet we do not have a set of dentures that we are able to use. The fit is not right and for some reason they cannot get it to fit right. We have been there numerous times and I refuse to putMy 97-year-old mother through one more visit to this dental practice. I feel that we have given them ample opportunities to correct the situation to no avail. at this point It is time to sever this relationship and all monies need to be refunded. I went there on a recommendation from one of my coworkers. It was somewhat of an emergency as I suspected I had an infected molar. The office staff couldn’t have been nicer and Dr. Sirage and his assistant were fantastic! I’ll be returning to get some more work done!

they are , esp in times of emergencies quite respondent. the staff is amazing, esp dr gordon. I would highly rec both drs and their staff members
Be honest and upfront about your charges. If your working with a surgeon your communication is very important for the patients sake. Lastly if you tell your customer their final cost would be $800 you shouldn't first charge the insurance company 2580 and when they refused you shouldn't have charged me for a full set of incomplete dentures.
