I keep leaving a message to make an appointment but no ones calling me back! I can’t even talk to a person. I tried email, no response. Poor customer service.
Dont waste your time here!! I brought my son here for counseling and received awful communication from Maureen. We missed one appointment (admittedly my fault), I was told they could offer me a payment plan since the charge would be the AMT of the full session. The day I emailed her back I had found out that the company automatically drafted my account the full amount of the session without my approval or communication!!! I am a therapist who frequently refers to and consults with Atlantic Family and Adolescent Therapy. I am very familiar with this practice. I know they care about their clients. Financial boundaries are difficult, but part of a therapist’s professional integrity and very important. Theses boundaries keep client and therapist accountable for the time/session that is reserved.
