They give cash-paying customers for Lasik (that's $4000.00) a discount card for the eye drops prescription, and on that discount card it says NOT GOOD FOR CASH PAYING PATIENTS. And they did that twice to me. I would have expected a lot more intelligence from the staff. When I didn't use the discount card the first time it was my own darn fault. Too many surprises! The doctor had me go get a couple ounces of eye drops. Surprise - that will be $300. Doctor offered me a form to take to the DMV. Surprise - that will be $20 for the information which IS MINE ANYWAY. I paid $4000 yet they want to ruin the relationship on a charge of $20 for a single sheet of paper. Wasn't happy about $300 eye drops. I grudgingly bought the drops, but they can keep the form and shove it. The office is deceptive, and I do not recommend that you deal with those ladies.
