It sad to find out that the young lady that was being bullied by Bethany and Rene got fired in a office full of patients. That’s professional.
I have been a patient of Dr. Delianides for over 15 years. He and his staff have been wonderful to work with. If I have a concern they take the time to answer my questions and explain so I fully understand. Recently I had cataract surgery and I received such wonderful care throughout the whole pre and post op appointments. I am so fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Delianides. He has made sure my eyes are healthy and now that I have had the surgery I am confident my eyes will continue to be healthy. Thank you !
Over scheduling of available in office equipment is a problem. Had appointment for 10am at 10:40am I was informed that it would be at least another ten minutes. Overall a good practice, just need to work on diagnostics scheduling.
Cataracts removed.
