Horrible you can't talk to an associate no matter how hard you try. I have been trying to pay at co-pay bill for over a month and everywhere I try I get a message from a robot or wrong department. I don't have an account number because I never received a paper bill. This system is horrible and everyone I talk to agrees.
STAY AWAY, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Better of rubbing some dirty on it. Then go get real medical attention. Trash place with no body that gives a damn. Don't get me started with carrot top the paramedic. Put the steroids down dude and show some compassion. Zero -☆'s for firecracker the POS.
