Atlantic Edge Scuba is the DC metropolitan area's premiere scuba diving and snorkeling facility. It was established in 1993, by current owners John and Abbe Harman. With over 24 years' of experience in the area, we have certified thousands of divers and outfitted hundreds of thousands of snorkelers with premium watersports gear. Proud to be the exclusive scuba diving outfitter for the National Aquarium in Baltimore.

Just got done doing my open water certification. The entire crew was great. Made me feel very comfortable and challenged me at the same time. Great group to learn from & a fun bunch as well.
Eric and his crew especially layla and egg roll are amazing! Lol sorry egg roll.. great, fun bunch of divers but serious, careful and detailed in the water. I've learned a lot in this advance course. Got great video also. Thanks!
The people who work here are great! Everyone who works here is super friendly, helpful, and patient as you try on gear after gear, as you go back and forth on "do I want to buy my own gear?", and giving advice/answering questions about diving.
Great time diving the Baltimore Aquarium with Atlantic Edge! We're new divers. The staff with Atlantic Edge and the aquarium helped us feel at ease and made sure we had a fantastic experience!!!
Glad I found them. They have a training model and it shows. Took my certification class with them in 2015 and just completed the Enriched Air (Nitrox) class. They seemed focused on training you well beyond the script.
My husband, Josh and I had a couples try it today with Steve. He was awesome, very encouraging and eased my mind. I look forward to getting certified. Thank you again, Steve! You made my experience wonderful!
An enormous disappointment. Paid hundreds for a dive class, which I was unable to attend due to a family medical emergency. John, the owner, gave no accommodation to reschedule or discount a future class. I expect more from business I choose to patronize, and I expect most others do too. I recommend avoiding this business.
Had a great dive trip to West Palm Beach.
