Went originally 2 years ago for my daughter seeing Dr. Rice. Then saw another doctor, then doctor Crane and then another doctor with her own practice downstairs who said she could stay with her or continue seeing Dr. Crane. Dr Crane started the accutane process and another doctor prescribed it but a nurse yelled at me and told me it couldn’t work like that because the government Ipledge program. My wife goes here and likes it. She has recommended others there who have been able to get appointments. I have called 4 times over the past year to make an appointment and have never received a return phone call. I invite the owners to contact me to discuss why they don't return calls. As a business owner I would be appalled by the lack of basic customer service. This is how businesses eventually decline and die.
6/2023: I can’t speak for their doctors cause I’m yet to be seen except for one time. As for their office staff, horrible! First, it takes MONTHS to get in or be seen. When I called to confirm my appointment, they didn’t even have me on the schedule! So I had to make a new appointment. I unfortunately had to reschedule that one so I called a week in advance and left 2 messages, never even received a call back days later. So I called again, finally got a person on the line. Dr. Rice is awesome. I can't say as much for their billing dept. Sent me a text saying I have a balance, pay here. Just an amount, no total charge or for what service provided or what my insurance paid. Never received a bill in the mail. When I called the office and jumped through the automated options, the woman on the phone sounded like she really didn't want to be there and just went through the motions......
