Prescription called in to wrong pharmacy. Challenge to correct due to not being able to talk to assistant. Did not get medication till next day. Jeopardize Lyme disease because of delay. Totally unacceptable.
Doctors, nurses, and staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly.
