Grand Dental is exceptional. The warmth of a welcoming office , staff & Doctor combined with professional care. Oh and did I mention the office is 'immaculate' . They use every precaution in this time of covid . Today I went in for an ER visit & met the 'newest' member of the 'family' .. A Dr. EJazz ( not sure if I have her name right ) She fits right in with the Grand Dental family .. I was very pleased with her care ...
Grand Dental Arts provided me and my elderly father with a great experience from start to finish. They are easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. My dad is somewhat is frail and at times can have special needs. I booked the appointment and accompanied him on his visit. Nina was very helpful and responsive not only with the appointment but with registration and insurance questions/information. Once again, Grand Dental Arts excelled. Their friendly, caring and professional treatment allowed this self-confessed Sissy to escape the dreaded dental chair unharmed, with NO pain and a clean and well mouth. Life is Good.
I haven't been to a dentist in over 20 yrs. I had a situation with n infection in my gum. I called on a Monday and was given an appt. the next day. The office staff is polite and makes you feel very comfortable. When I explained my situation they told me not to worry they would take care of everything. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who has any fear of a dentist or needs to go to a dentist they truly care about their patients.
This visit like the rest of them, was as pleasant as can be. One may not think of going to the Dentist as pleasant, but it was.
As usual visit was exceptional! Staff is always friendly and personable. Great professionals!
