If I could give them 1/2 star I would. This company takes our money each and every month without abiding to the agreement that they signed. Our contract runs from 1/1/2022 -12/31/2022, However 3 months into our agreement they resigned and June 30th is their last day. They didn't pay our bills on time to which the power was shut off in 17 of our 18 buildings. We also had to pay a reconnect fee as well as late fees to which they refuse to take responsibility for. I think Eva at Atlantic is a hard worker and works to meet the needs of the association. She contacts providers and follows up to have things completed, which is often difficult.

They don't return calls in a timely manner and are always slow in responses and payments to companies that do business for them. The owner Phil and Marilyn are NEVER AVAILABLE SND NEVER RETURN CALLS. Very rude owners.
This management company is unresponsive. After several emails from the website (the only option given to contact for information or assistance with repairs the association is responsible for) and calling the number on their direct website which either rings indefinitely or goes to a voice mail that is never returned. It is questionable what the monthly fees and special assessment really go towards since they clearly are not here to manage the property or be of service to the residents.
