If there were a lesser rating, I would give Atlantic Coast Concrete and Mr. Tom Dombalis just that. Despite constant promises and continuous and deliberate delays on his part from August '13 until the eleventh hour in late October '13, the concrete stain was hurriedly sprayed on and the sealer was spottily applied in the face of bad weather.
