Had to order a copy of my birth certificate online (living in NC) and was helped promptly by Cassandra ! Process is pretty straightforward .
I need to share how wonderful the ladies in Vital Statistics are. I called this morning after DMV required a new Birth Certificate for RealID. I first called and spoke with Ms Cassandra, who was pleasant and most helpful! She was provided online instructions but DMV was not giving me a lot of time.
