I went down to get a copy of my birth certificate. I was about 10 mins away and I called the office because Google said they were open till 4pm while everyone else said 3pm. So I called and spoke with this very nice and polite woman and advised me that they did indeed close at 3pm not 4pmGoogle! Wrong as usual. I need to share how wonderful the ladies in Vital Statistics are. I called this morning after DMV required a new Birth Certificate for RealID. I first called and spoke with Ms Cassandra, who was pleasant and most helpful! She was provided online instructions but DMV was not giving me a lot of time.
