They can't even answer simple questions and they keep passing the responsibility or accountability to the next person up the chain Meanwhile there's so many homeless people in Atlantic City it's out of control but they can't give a number are they even tracking any homeless people like City I complain to them about one homeless person Lacey and they can't even solve that issue
