I have gone to Atlantic Children & Family Dentistry for some time now. Recently, I had to go to a different dentist with my niece and let me just say that the experience with the staff at that facility made me appreciate the staff at Atlantic Children & Family Dentistry so much. Alejandra the office manager is the sweetest receptionist ever. Alejandra and her team always make sure they take care of their patients. I’ve been a patient here for a couple of years now. The doctor is fantastic, but the staff has always been incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also bring my little ones, and they eagerly wait for the toy that the dentist office gives them after their visit. The front desk always greets me with a warm smile and is always happy to answer any questions I may have.
I have to say that I'm very disappointed, i thought I had finally found a dentist that would help me & fulfill my desire to have my dentures, they did a different type of work, that actually had me believing I was going to get an excellent job done, but it turn out bogus! The doctor dentist didn't even have the decency to talk to me, and instead she had her secretary from the front desk come & talk to me all tough, rejecting to assist me, I feel very stupid!
