This place is dishonest all around. When I was buying my car I was told that I wasn’t going to be charged above MSRP and then in looking over the final payment we found they tried to sneak in $1,000. Then when it comes to servicing the car, they were also dishonest. This dealership has NO LOANER CARS even if your car is in service for an entire day. I’ve never had a good experience with any Cadillac. Aside from being rude or ignoring you when you walk in, they never have loaner cars and refused to see my car this morning when I went there concerned because the check engine light just came on this morning. They told me I could leave it there but they might not look at it today. Then why would I even leave it? Cadillac needs to go on orientation with Lexus and learn a few things about customer service. Very very disappointed. The sales person name is Kimberly Tacuri she sold me a defect car, since i got the car having a big problem when i turn on the heater it makes badly noise . They can’t fixed it they dont have any solutions .Manager was a lier. Spend lot of money
I am deeply disappointed with the appalling experience I had. The salesperson, Kimberly Tacuri, sold me a defective vehicle. Upon receiving the car, I discovered a significant issue with the heater, which produces excessive noise when activated. Despite my efforts to resolve the problem, the dealership was unable to provide any solutions. The manager’s deception further compounded the situation. I was forced to spend a considerable amount of money on a vehicle that was not as advertised.
