This was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. My vehicle was returned with damage that wasn’t there before the repair, and the dealership refused to accept responsibility. I believe I was charged for unnecessary parts, and after the front sunroof glass was replaced, the sunroof shade stopped working properly. The headliner was also left improperly installed. I had a great experience with the service team at Atlantic Cadillac in Bay Shore. My Cadillac Lyriq had a serious issue when the Electrify America charging connector melted and got stuck in the charging port. Another service center told me it could take over a month to repair, which was very stressful. I brought my car to Atlantic Cadillac, and Joe took great care of it.
