I had a great experience with the service team at Atlantic Cadillac in Bay Shore. My Cadillac Lyriq had a serious issue when the Electrify America charging connector melted and got stuck in the charging port. Another service center told me it could take over a month to repair, which was very stressful. I brought my car to Atlantic Cadillac, and Joe took great care of it.
