Terrible customer service
John (Giancarlo) was wonderful as a sales person. We loved that there was no pressure, and John was so helpful answering all our questions and finding the exact car that we wanted. Mike the finance person was also wonderful to work with. The overall purchase experience, from start to finish was very easy and a pleasure.
