I have given them 3 chances for making up for past mistakes and again they failed. Before I walked out I heard the service department looking for a Penske truck that was dropped off in October never serviced. They lost the truck. At the same time another customer so they had to take her into an office.
The worst service department I have ever used. They had my car back in March took 6 weeks to fix and the tried to charge me $2400 with a full warranty. We fought that and won Gave them another chance today after 2 hours waiting on an oil change they had misplaced my paperwork. I’m still waiting and will never come back again
Just picked up my Cadillac and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Wahid in finance, James my salesperson, and Jared for the walkthrough — each of them was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. My salesman Giancarlo was super helpful and attentive! My husband and I left really impressed because he was respectful, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience easy. We’ll definitely be coming back!
