Atlantic Bay jeopardized my home purchase multiple times by their own incompetent, laziness, lack of expertise, or poor internal communication. They nearly cancelled my home closing by requiring monthly documents be provided to them not knowing those documents would only be made available to me AFTER my closing date. I had to pester them and ask for a work around. If I had not pushed, I could have lost the house. I haven't closed yet, but hopefully will be soon. I just felt the need to share my experience so far. Scott and his team have been amazing. I've been so impressed at how they have been on top of everything. They have literally made this experience so easy and stress free for me and I couldn't be more grateful. Sabrina has been so responsive and has a great attitude and I just feel very comfortable with her which is unusual for me, so thank you, Sabrina.
