This is a private jet FBO for high net worth individuals, the customer service should be absolute top notch. However, I’ve tried to call the FBO for requests and cannot get through to anyone, 3 times in one day. Please have adequate staffing to answer phone calls, and if you’re short staffed, pay an adequate wage to retain employees. This doesn’t go out to the staff, this goes out to upper management. Thank you.
