In Q4 2025, my wife had a Pap test in Atlanta. The first sample was rejected by the lab due to an insufficient specimen, and the hospital repeatedly called to schedule a follow-up appointment in December 2025. After the second sample was collected, I began receiving bills. Atrocious billing department. Make sure to look at every single line of the billing and keep track of your payments. They’ve tripled billed me on the same items and charged me for services that weren’t even sent to be on a bill.

This review is for the billing office at AWHG. I have been extremely disappointed by the way that I was treated by Roswell ObGyn practice in cumming who use false practices to cheat patients. AWHG sent me a bill for a simple panel which ended up costing me more than $260. I have called the billing office and explained to them that the practice never informed me this amount would be the cost for the panel.
