We decided to not proceed with a surgery after they had already collected the pre-surgery $2,000. That was in March 2026. It is now September and we still have not received our refund check. I have called multiple times, emailed with their billing department and they not only are slow to respond, but cannot simply mail the check or let me come pick it up from their office, it is a poorly run billing department and organization. Stay away!

I should have looked at the reviews prior to having my appt because the billing is ridiculous. I went to the Marietta office. I asked prior to getting an IUD if this was covered and they said it was only to get a bill for $1500 and no financial assistance offered. If I had known I would have a $1500 bill I would have continued with the birth control pill. I reached out to the office and they never responded to me two months later.

In Q4 2025, my wife had a Pap test in Atlanta. The first sample was rejected by the lab due to an insufficient specimen, and the hospital repeatedly called to schedule a follow-up appointment in December 2025. After the second sample was collected, I began receiving bills. Pap tests are supposed to be 100% covered by insurance, but I later learned that the second and any subsequent attempts of the same test are not covered, even when the initial result is invalid.
