Very clean throughout the building. Amazing customer service willing to help.
They do not take care of their veterans and will make any type of excuse to avoid doing their jobs. This place makes me regret ever joining the service.
This is a very clean location with excellent customer service from each team member I encountered. I especially want to mention Mr. John Adam's who administered my eye exam and evaluation. Mr Adam's exhibited a very concerned attitude for my welfare and exemplary patient care customer service.
I've been requesting testing and transfers for almost two years. Still has not happened. I filed a complaint woth the OIG - Zero response. I would never trust this organization with my health ever again.
