My daughter and I each bought a stairclimber from them about 6 weeks ago. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They even met me at their facility on a weekend as I live too far away to conveniently come during the week. Our climbers were delivered in excellent condition, and continue to work perfectly. I would recommend them, and we will use them again if we need further exercise equipment or service
