Michael was extremely helpful in assisting us in selling our first home and buying our second home. It definitely wasn't an easy thing to do in this weird market, and you won't find anyone more patient and diligent than Michael. He was great at level-setting and looking out for us, something you don't see in a lot of realtors (something we didn't have when purchasing our first home), and I highly recommend him and this group!

*December 2024 update* We have now bought three homes and sold two with Michael and Kelly. They are an absolutely top-notch team. A contingent offer would not have been competitive in our area, but they were able to help us get a new house and sell the old with only two weeks of overlap, which was perfect.
