I’ve heard good things about this organization. However, their policies need to be revised!! Our family lives 51 miles from the hospital and that would normally mean we would qualify! But there is a route that is 43 miles from the facility that would take LONGER TO DRIVE TO THE HOSPITAL! But they still choose that route to base our eligibility off of! It makes no sense whatsoever! My daughter had emergency brain surgery, we also have 2.5 year old that is non verbal autistic that we have had to arrange special care for, plus ... read more

I was so very impressed by absolutely everything - the cleanliness of the facility, the availability of free food & toiletries as needed, the size of the rooms, & even the comfort of the beds. Each staff member & volunteer went above & beyond to provide exceptional service and to make us feel like cherished guests.
