Great organization and super thoughtful staff. Doing amazing things for families needing love and support.
My boyfriend and I stayed here when our son was transferred to Egleston due to a CHD at birth. We're from Chattanooga area which is two hours away. We were so thankful for the hospitality and all the staff was so understanding about our situation. I never gave RMHC any thought before because it would never happen to us! We are now at an increased risk to have more children with a heart defect. I will forever advocate for RMHC.
I never expected the level of service that we received here. Nicely kept rooms, clean areas inside and out, plus green style of energy. Very smartly done. Families need this type of support so they don't have to worry about these things while their children are ill. My baby had a liver transplant and I did not have to worry about lodging or meals. Plus the extra activities to brighten our days. Thanks guys, you rock.
We are so blessed to have such a wonderful place to stay during this time. Our family is extremely grateful to the staff and volunteers for everything they do for us! God Bless each of you
