Dr. Masseoud is simply the best! She is incredibly kind, smart, and truly helpful. She treats her patients like family, not just as a doctor. Her care and compassion make a real difference, and I always feel comfortable and supported under her care. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor!
Dr. Masseoud is walking with me on this journey of RA. She is always attentive to my questions and concerns. She actually LISTENS to me, and includes me in the decision making process regarding treatment options. I drive from Gainesville, and will gladly continue to make that hour long drive and pay parking deck fees! I am walking 1.5 miles every day now because of her wisdom and care, after being nearly paralyzed in bed.
They have the worst attitude. The don't correspond with you after posting test results. The worst treatment ever!!
I have been a patient at Atlanta rheumatology for about 2 years. I received very good care from my physicians. The reviews that talk about the office staff are true. They can be very unprofessional and will complain in front of patients without a care. When calling you will be on hold forever trying to speak with someone so the best route is to use the MyChart website. Parking at the Howell Mill location is not free so bring cash or a credit card.
