They present themselves as repair technician, we scheduled a time and technician never showed up, then I called them they never answered, after I called them from another phone, they start playing games and then hanged up on me.
Technician David G was very rude. He has fixed same problem before on our washing machine and he was just ignoring our concerns. We were not expecting them to fix it for free, but he kept on saying everything is fine and did not bother looking or troubleshooting anything to look for our problem. Do not waste your money on this people. Don’t fall for low diagnostic cost.. Save time and call someone else.
This is a scam, do not do any business with them.
They are a scam. Avoid at all cost. They will come to your house to scam you out of money and will not repair anything. I called them after they scammed me out of $180.00 to "vacuum" the coil. And the service man told me to wait 24 hours and it will work or I will receive full refund. I called back 2 days in a row to finally talk to a person named Robin.
