Honestly the other reviewers are spot on. He just ghosts people. It's even more aggravating that he will message you later after having ghosted you for a week AS IF you were the one with the issue. Also the website for the rental applications is straight out of 2012 with it's functionality.

This so called Real estate ‘agent’ is beyond unprofessional and inconsiderate! I initially contacted Robert Taylor for my sister to view a 5 bedroom home and at first he seemed nice and responded promptly to the availability of the home, but the communication after that was down hill. After not hearing back from him for almost a week just to tour, on the day my sister and Mother were available he didn’t even bother to respond…so they showed up at the home and low and behold he was at the property touring with another family ... read more
I am currently in the process of trying to move due to roommate issues. I was contacting Robert via email and trulia NONSTOP about viewing the property and beginning the application process. He would take forever to respond and sometimes when he did it would be at night time. He finally scheduled a viewing with me after i demanded it but saying “i will be at the property at 1” he then tells me to come 10:30am and asked for my number to text me confirmation.
